The inspiration received from the Superior General Rev. Mother Sinclare is proved to be the impetus behind the opening of Christu Jyoti Convent, Tissa. As we expressed our desire to render our service in Arunachal Pradesh the Vincentian fathers working in Tissa, invited us to assist them in evangelization program, healing ministry and Pastoral works. With the permission and blessing of the bishop of Miao diocese the blessing and inauguration was done on 5th feb.2012 in a rented house. Three of our sisters started mission work there in collaboration with the V.C fathers. One sister is rendering service in healing ministry while the other two are engaged in faith formation, parish work, organizing youth camp, mahila Mandal etc. The pioneers are Sr. Elsa jees, Sr. Sarita and Sr. Keerthana,who have faced all the toughest times of its formative years.
