Seraphic FC convent was at Mahavir Enclave, Palam in its beginning stages. It was started as a substation of St. Paul Provincial House. For few years it was used as the formation house of Pre-Postulants. When the construction of the new Provincial House at Mahavir Enclave got completed this convent was shifted to the old provincial house at Rajnagar. There we started a play school for children of the neighborhood. The sisters are actively involved in the parish activities, teaching catechism, and preparing children for receiving sacraments, family prayer meetings etc. There is an association for senior citizens of the locality under the leadership of the sisters. A home for the destitute women named karunalayam functioned here with 15 women which was shifted to Maria Bhavan, Chanpur Haryana. The pioneers were Sr. Annie Angel, Sr. Mercina, Sr. Litto and Sr. Preema.
